2. FINDEXY Project
FINDEXY is developing blockchain intelligence and attribution infrastructure focused on transaction tracing, asset-flow analysis, wallet and infrastructure attribution, evidence-based risk indicators, verifiable on-chain data, and attribution and verification records.
Certain features described on the website are planned, experimental or under development and may not yet be operational.
3. FINDEXY Token
- Token name: FINDEXY
- Symbol: FINDEXY
- Network: BNB Smart Chain
- Token standard: BEP-20
- Total supply: 21,000,000,000 FINDEXY
- Decimals: 18

0xE5c9e94b697cae5827a388B44Dd404dA689f5D85
Always verify the complete contract address before interacting with the token.
FINDEXY does not guarantee that the token will be listed, liquid, tradable, accepted by any platform or maintain any particular market value.
4. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on the website constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice; an offer or solicitation to buy or sell an asset; a promise of profit, yield or capital preservation; a recommendation to enter a transaction; or a guarantee of token value, liquidity or market performance.
Users are responsible for conducting independent research and obtaining appropriate professional advice.
5. Blockchain Risks
Blockchain assets and smart-contract interactions involve substantial risks, including total or partial loss of value, market volatility, insufficient liquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, transaction errors, irreversible transactions, loss of private keys, phishing and impersonation, network congestion or failure, regulatory and tax changes, and third-party platform failure.
Users interact with blockchain networks and assets at their own risk. FINDEXY will never request a private key, seed phrase, password or authentication code.
6. Analytical Information
FINDEXY may publish attribution records, classifications, risk indicators and related analytical outputs. These outputs are based on available evidence, may contain uncertainty or errors, may change when new evidence becomes available, do not establish legal ownership or criminal liability, do not constitute a sanctions designation and do not replace professional AML, KYC, legal or regulatory review.
Users must not rely exclusively on FINDEXY outputs when making decisions affecting another person’s rights, legal status or access to services.
7. Attribution Levels
FINDEXY may use the following statuses:
- Verified: cryptographic proof, authoritative evidence or direct confirmation;
- High Confidence: multiple independent strong sources without direct ownership proof;
- Probable: meaningful evidence exists, but material uncertainty remains;
- Unconfirmed: a hypothesis exists, but available evidence is insufficient;
- Disputed: the attribution is challenged or conflicting evidence exists.
These classifications express the assessed strength of evidence. They are not determinations by a court, regulator or law-enforcement authority.
8. Corrections and Disputes
A person or organisation may challenge an attribution record or risk indicator by contacting support@findexy.com.
The request should identify the relevant blockchain, wallet or contract address, FINDEXY record ID if available, the disputed statement and supporting evidence.
FINDEXY may review, correct, restrict, mark as disputed or remove an off-chain record where appropriate. FINDEXY cannot modify public blockchain records.
9. Permitted Use
The website may be used for lawful informational, research and verification purposes.
You may not violate applicable law; interfere with website operation or security; introduce malicious software; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt the service through automated requests; misrepresent FINDEXY data; impersonate FINDEXY; claim an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist; use FINDEXY to harass or unlawfully profile individuals; use analytical outputs as the sole basis for unlawful discrimination; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the FINDEXY name, branding, website design, original content, classification framework and off-chain databases belong to the FINDEXY Project Team or their respective lawful owners.
Public blockchain data remains publicly available and subject to its underlying technical and legal conditions. Third-party names, trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services
The website may link to BNB Smart Chain, BscScan, CertiK, GitHub, IPFS, X, Telegram and other third-party services. FINDEXY does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, fees, transactions, privacy practices, or listing and delisting decisions.
12. Security Information and Audits
Automated token scans are informational and do not replace a complete independent smart-contract audit. A security score, verified source code or absence of detected warnings does not guarantee that a contract, website, wallet or related system is free from vulnerabilities.
13. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINDEXY is provided “as is” and “as available.” FINDEXY does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness or accuracy of information, accuracy of analytical outputs, continued availability of third-party links, token liquidity or market value, or release of planned features.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the FINDEXY Project Team, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on the website, blockchain transactions, token price changes, loss of wallet access, incorrect transfers, third-party services, analytical classifications, security incidents or interruption of service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify the FINDEXY Project Team and its contributors against claims, losses and reasonable expenses resulting from unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights.
16. Changes and Availability
FINDEXY may modify, suspend or discontinue website features, research activities, token-related information or planned services. These Terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and effective date.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply under other laws.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting support@findexy.com. Subject to applicable mandatory law, unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
18. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
