Public blockchain information
FINDEXY may analyse publicly available blockchain data, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token transfers, smart-contract interactions, relationships between blockchain addresses and infrastructure, and historical on-chain activity.
Blockchain records are public and generally immutable. Although a wallet address does not directly identify an individual, it may constitute personal data when connected to an identifiable person.

If you believe a FINDEXY attribution, wallet label or risk indicator is inaccurate, contact support@findexy.com.
Please include the relevant blockchain, wallet or contract address, FINDEXY record ID if available, the disputed information, the reason for your request and supporting evidence.
Never send FINDEXY your private key, seed phrase, password or authentication code.
12. Children
FINDEXY is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from individuals below the applicable legal age.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may contain links to BscScan, CertiK, GitHub, IPFS gateways, X, Telegram and other third-party platforms. FINDEXY does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability or privacy practices.
14. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as FINDEXY develops, the corporate registration is completed or applicable legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
